A Portage man is facing charges after he allegedly fought with a woman, and armed a crossbow with an arrow. Fifty-one year old Carl Miller was arrested after police received a call early Friday morning regarding a domestic violence situation, at a home on Main Street. According to a police affidavit, Miller allegedly grabbed a crossbow and nocked the arrow. The victim reportedly told authorities she was afraid, as Miller had fired an arrow at her head in the past.
