Senator John Fetterman is back home after spending three days in a Pittsburgh hospital for a head injury. The Pennsylvania Democrat made the announcement on social media Saturday and showed a picture of himself with stitches in his head. Fetterman wrote, “20 stitches later and a full recovery, I’m back home” with my wife and kids. A spokesperson for Fetterman said the senator fell Thursday while taking a walk outside his home near Pittsburgh, where he had what doctors called a “ventricular fibrillation flare-up,” which led to him feeling light-headed and falling to the ground.
