The White House wants the FBI to take a closer look at the investigation into the assassination attempt of President Trump in Pennsylvania. White House spokesperson, Karoline Leavitt said new questions about the background of 20-year-old shooter Thomas Crooks “are definitely deserving of answers.” Leavitt was commenting on a “New York Post” report which claims the FBI never shared a trove of digital footprints left behind by Crooks during congressional hearings. Crooks was killed by Secret Service agents after firing on Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in July 2024.
