This decision upholds the prior ruling by the state Superior Court, which had affirmed the conviction, agreeing with the Office of the Attorney General that the trial was fair, and the jury’s verdict was consistent with the evidence presented. Thomas is currently serving his 2.5 to 7-year sentence at SCI Waymart, in Wayne County.
