A head-on vehicle collision in Warriors Mark Township, Huntingdon County, resulted in one fatality and multiple injuries on Saturday afternoon. According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the accident occurred when a westbound vehicle driven by 43-year-old Tyler Wirtner of Warriors Mark, crossed the double yellow lines on Pennington Road and struck an eastbound vehicle. Wirtner was pronounced dead at the scene, and all occupants of the second vehicle were transported to UPMC Altoona. Their condition is unknown.
