Authorities in South Fork Borough, Cambria County, arrested Mayor Jessie Fyock on November 16th following a domestic dispute.  The 36-year-old Fyock, allegedly threatened his wife with a handgun at their residence.  According to a police affidavit, the incident started after his wife found him “passed out” in his vehicle at a local bar and followed him home.  Once home, an argument escalated, and Fyock is accused of retrieving a .380 caliber pistol, pointing it at her head multiple times, and threatening to shoot her.  When later questioned by police, who noted he appeared intoxicated with slurred speech, Fyock reportedly denied owning a firearm.  However, officers located a gun hidden behind a furnace during a search of the garage.  Fyock was taken into custody on multiple misdemeanor charges, including terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, and driving under the influence, among other related counts.  He was placed in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of bail, and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for December 11th.
