A 55-year-old Altoona woman, Susan Little, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and DUI following an incident on November 30th where she allegedly struck and dragged a pedestrian with her car on 3rd Street. According to police reports, the victim attempted to prevent Little from leaving the scene by grabbing her car door handle. The victim’s account of being dragged by the vehicle was corroborated by blood found in the roadway by responding officers. Little is currently held in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 10th.
