The National Weather Service has issed a winter advisory for much of the state including Blair County. Before the storm leaves the area around two this afternoon, we could see up to 4 inches of snow. There have been delays and cancellations for today because of snow covered roads. Both the Pennsylvania State Police, and PennDOT are urging motorists to exercise caution while driving.
