A restaurant employee in Altoona, has been jailed on $250,000 bail after allegedly assaulting an underage coworker during a shift at a Logan Township restaurant. Twenty-eight-year-old Justin Nunamaker, faces charges including aggravated indecent assault without consent, and corruption of minors. The victim, who was reportedly underage, claimed the incident began on October 30 when Nunamaker left his shift to buy beer from a nearby Sheetz. Upon returning, Nunamaker allegedly asked the victim for permission to strangle them before kissing their neck. Nunamaker has been placed in the Blair County Prison. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for December 17th.
