Due to expected freezing temperatures, an overnight warming center will open at the Altoona Salvation Army today and tomorrow. The center is located at 1813 6th Avenue, and will operate from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., providing cots and bedding. Anyone needing shelter, or if you have questions can call 814-600-9120.
