Blair County Commissioners have filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction to prevent the Lakemont Partnership from selling the historic Leap the Dips roller coaster located in Lakemont Park. According to this morning’s Altoona Mirror, the county alleges the partnership forfeited its right to sell the coaster due to alleged lease violations.
