A fourth individual, 61-year-old James Kobuck of Tyrone, faces two felony counts in connection with a Centre County child sex abuse and human trafficking investigation involving teenage girls who were allegedly paid for sex acts that were recorded. Authorities link Kobuck’s recent arrest to the prior arrests of Samuel Friday, Michael Woomer, and Morris Reese, all accused of similar offenses at Friday’s Taylor Township home. According to a probable-cause affidavit, Kobuck and an unnamed co-defendant allegedly enticed and filmed a juvenile having sex with them earlier this year. Kobuck was arraigned on Saturday and sent to the Centre County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. Preliminary hearings for Kobuck, Friday and Woomer are scheduled for this week.
