U.S. Postal Service Asking PA Residents To Keep Sidewalks Cleared

mail-in-winter

The U.S. Postal Service is asking Pennsylvania residents to keep sidewalks cleared as winter weather impacts the state.  Postal officials say snow and ice on steps, porches, and walkways can be dangerous for letter carriers.  Folks who get curbside mail deliver should make sure there is access to mailboxes from the road, according to USPS.  The weeks leading up to Christmas are the busiest time for the U.S. Mail.
