An Altoona man has been arrested following an investigation into allegations he reportedly molested a teenage girl in Clearfield County. Arrested was 61-year-old Elwood Queen Jr. Reportedly, he is accused of touching the female, giving the victim a massage as an alleged excuse to remove some of her clothing. The victim reportedly told police that Queen would proceed to grope and molest her. Queen is facing numerous charges including felonies for indecent assault. He is being held in the Clearfield County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for December 22nd.
