As a reminder, it’s illegal to drive with snow and ice that blocks your windows. That’s the message from Penn-DOT today to all drivers. Motorists are also urged to remove snow and ice from the roof of your vehicle. Officials say all vehicles should also be equipped with a winter emergency travel kit.
