Tolls are going up for drivers taking the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The four-percent increase takes effect on Sunday. Turnpike officials say it’s the lowest annual increase since 2014. Drivers with the EZ Pass will see a smaller increase than drivers who use Toll By Plate.
