Heading into the first full week of the New Year, gas prices across Pennsylvania remain higher than the national average. Triple A says the average cost per gallon in the state is currently at three-dollars and one-cent. In Blair County the average cost of a gallon of gasoline is three-dollars and 29-cents. The national average has dropped down to two-dollars and 81-cents per gallon.
