A second suspect, 35-year-old Trista Foor, has been arrested and charged in connection with the kidnapping and assault of a woman in East Providence Township, Bedford County last month. According to he Pennsylvania State Police, Foor allegedly assisted her boyfriend, David Harr, in restraining the victim inside a garage on South Breezewood Road. Investigators state that Foor admitted to tasing the victim multiple times, including in the throat, and witnessed Harr taping the unconscious woman to a chair. Foor faces several felony charges, including, kidnapping, illegal use of an incapacitation device, and assault. She is currently being held at the Bedford County Jail with bail set at $250,000. Her preliminary hearing has been slated for January 14th.
