A Bedford County man, and a Somerset County dealership have been charged following a Pennsylvania State Police probe into shady vehicle sales. Investigators say 47-year-old David Echeverria was hawking vehicles for Mountain Boss Hoss Cycle on Facebook Marketplace despite not actually being a licensed salesperson for the shop. Both Echeverria and the dealership now face summary charges for violating the Pennsylvania Board of Vehicles Act.
