The 2026 Pennsylvania Farm Show, begins tomorrow and will run thru the 17th at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg. This year’s theme is “Growing a Nation” in tribute to the country’s 250th birthday. The event includes a food court preview today, and highlights new food items, animal displays, tractor square dancing, cooking demonstrations, and the butter sculpture. As for the butter sculpture, it was unveiled yesterday. The sculpture, made from 1000 pounds of butter, is a long standing Farm Show tradition. The sculpture depicts the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, and includes the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross’s flag, and the nation’s founders, with a nod to Pennsylvania’s agriculture as the founders are shown drinking milk.
