Pennsylvania is being ranked as one of the cheapest states to give birth in. That’s according to a new MoneyGeek report, which ranked each state’s affordability for those giving birth based off of the average out-of-pocket costs for those with insurance. Pennsylvania was ranked as having the fourth least costs associated with giving birth, only being beat by Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Michigan. The most expensive states are listed as Nebraska, Oklahoma and South Dakota.
