A coroner was called to the scene of a serious crash on Route 22 in Alexandria, according to emergency officials in Huntingdon County. The crash was reported yesterday afternoon shortly before 1:00, in front of Martin’s General Store. For a time, Route 22 between Main Street and Route 305, was closed with traffic having been detoured through downtown Alexandria. Reportedly, three cars and a semi truck were involved. No other information is known at this time.
