While ski resorts may celebrate, much of the East Coast could face another round of wintry weather this weekend, following a period of extreme cold and ice across the country. The National Weather Service reports that multiple models indicate a potential storm for this weekend. Because of lingering freezing temperatures, a developing coastal low-pressure system could bring additional snow, sleet, or rain to areas recently impacted by the January 26th storm. Reportedly, how fast the storm strengthen will determine it’s final track and whether or not it moves up the East Coast.
