It’s still extremely cold outside. Temperatures and wind chill continue to freeze Pennsylvania, and the rest of the eastern U.S. this week, bringing record low temperatures. Forecasters warn that below normal temperatures will continue for several more days. There is a cold weather advisory in effect until 10:00 this morning, meaning we are expected to experience wind chills as low as 15 below. Another blast of arctic air is expected Friday from the Plains, and spreading into the East and Southeast through Saturday.
