The Blair DUI Task Force will increase patrols in Blair County from February 7 to February 9 to prevent drunk driving during Super Bowl weekend. Officers will use sobriety checkpoints and roving patrols and urge drivers to plan ahead by designating a sober driver or using alternative transportation if impaired. Community members are also encouraged to intervene if they know someone is about to drive while intoxicated and call 911 if they suspect someone is driving drunk.
