A Huntingdon County inmate faces new charges after allegedly threatening to murder the officer responsible for his arrest. On January 6th, 44-year-old Dale Womack was already in custody for an altercation that occurred at a Sheetz, when state police say he made threats. Reportedly, while he was being transported to SCI Smithfield he told parole agents that he intended to kill the officer who charged him. Womack had already been charged with disorderly conduct for the incident at Sheetz, and now he has been charged with a misdemeanor for making terroistic threats for his comments. His bail has been set at $100,000, and he is to face a preliminary hearing tomorrow for the disorderly conduct charge, and another on February 11th for his terroristic threats charge.
