A tractor-trailer hauling 40,000 pounds of milk overturned on Interstate 81 yesterday morning causing a massive spill and shutting down northbound lanes for 8 hours. The crash occurred just east of Hanover Township. The truck landed in the median, blocking traffic, and spilling its entire cargo across the roadway. A hazmat team was dispatched to assist the cleanup.
