Due to a recent cyberattack, the Centre Region Council of Governments (COG) office, located on Gateway Drive in State College, is currently closed. Although the Borough of State College IT team successfully halted the breach, system recovery is expected to take several days. While COG is closed, the State College Muncipal Building on Allen Street remains open. Expect delays in email responses from the borough and the COG staff, until further notice.
