A Blair County judge sentenced 78-year-old Jerry Lee Fultz of Altoona to 8 to 20 years in state prison last Friday for the sexual abuse of a child that began when she was 10. During his court appearance, Fultz pled guilty to felony charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and aggravated indecent assault. In April 2021, the abuse came to light after the victim reported being assaulted by Fultz during Saturday hunting trips in the Catharine Township woods, and at his camp in Woodbury Township.
