Today is Mardi Gras which in French means Fat Tuesday. Today observant Catholics will gorge themselves, primarily on pancakes, as they prepare for Lent, which begins tomorrow. In Central Pennsylvania there are numerous restaurants featuring special pancake slams, all you can eat pancake deals, and all-day breakfast pancakes. Bon appetit!
