Three individuals from Altoona were arrested last Friday following a state parole home inspection that uncovered an arsenal of firearms and narcotics. According to the Altoona Police Department, 52-year old Damien Pierce was undergoing a routine inspection by state parole agents at his residence while under active supervision. During the inspection, agents found numerous guns and ammo, and 35 grams of marijuana. Both Pierce and another person present, 42-year-old Elijah Washington were identified as felons and are not to possess firearms due to prior convictions. The two face multiple felony charges and have been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail. A third person, 41-year-old Natalie Pierce was also at the residence, and reportedly she will be charged with several misdemeanors.
