An 18-year-old Altoona man identified as Ezekiel Marcus Scott Williams, has been jailed following a months-long investigation into a jewelry robbery at a State College housing complex last December.  Williams, and at least two others, allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint at ‘The Yards’ student housing complex.  The suspects reportedly stole a $1,200 diamond necklace after a party.  Ferguson Township Police identified the suspects using surveillance footage on a vehicle belonging to one of Williams’ family members.  Further evidence was found on social media posts showing Williams and others wearing the stolen necklace.  Williams is currently in the Centre County Prison where bail has been denied because of pending attempted homicide charges Williams is facing in Blair County from a 2024 “gang war” shooting.  He is facing charges that include felony robbery, conspiracy, terroristic threats, and other related counts.  Reportedly, police have also issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old Centre Hall man identified as Michael Black-Hall, in connection with the robbery.
