A five year old child was airlifted to Pittsburgh hospital yesterday afternoon after reportedly falling from a ski lift at Blue Knob Ski Resort, in Blair County. The incident occurred around 3:30. The resort’s ski patrol initially evaluated the child on-site, and requested a helicopter transport to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. The extent of the child’s injuries are unknown at this time.
