A 53-year-old Lilly man was killed on Friday afternoon in a tragic accident at Joe Krentzman and Son, a scrap metal dealership in Hollidaysburg, when a dump trailer rig experienced a mechanical failure while in a jackknife position. The heavily loaded trailer tipped sideways and collapsed onto the cab of the tractor being operated by the victim, resulting in fatal injures. An investigation continues.
