Johnstown police have arrested 19-year-old Phillip Cosby in connection with a March 2nd drive-by shooting in the Oakhurst neighborhood. Reportedly, the incident stemmed from an altercation between Cosby and another group of people. Fortunately no one was injured. Cosby faces felony charges including aggravated assault, and carrying a firearm without a license, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 12th. He has been placed in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
