A Clearfield County man has been arrested after a months long investigation by state police into allegations he provided alcohol to a 13-year-old girl and then sexually assaulted her while she was intoxicated. Facing charges of rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, strangulation, and other related counts, is 24-year-old Andrew Bailor of Morrisdale. He is accused of raping the teen while riding a UTV in Morris Township last July. Bailor has been placed in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. He is to face a preliminary hearing on March 11th.
