The Pennsylvania State Board of Funeral Directors has suspended the licenses of Todd Thompson and the Todd Thompson Funeral home in Roaring Spring for two years. According to the final order, the suspension follows allegations of failing to provide timely services to grieving families. Authorities allege that despite receiving payment, Thompson failed to provide death certificates to families in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to the suspension, Thompson must pay $2,000 in fines, and over $16-hundred in investigative costs.
