A local registered sex offender is in more trouble after the Blair County dispatch received a call from a 13-year-old from Louisiana. Thirty-three-year-old Tanor Swope of Roaring Spring has been charged and arraigned for allegedly sending a nude photo of a teen girl to a teen boy in Louisiana, and asking about oral sex. Legal documents indicate that a teenager reported receiving messages from Swope, who allegedly claimed to be in a relationship with a minor. The criminal complaint further alleges that Swope shared prohibited explicit imagery of a minor during these communications. During the investigation it was discovered that Swope was already in custody, in the Blair County Prison, for allegedly assaulting a woman in a restaurant bathroom early last month. In both cases bail has been denied.
