download-1-6

Officials with PennDOT are encouraging Pittsburgh residents to help clean up the city ahead of the NFL Draft.  Secretary Mike Carroll says road crews are hoping to get to work picking up trash and debris soon, but they rely heavily on volunteers when it comes to litter removal.  Officials want Pittsburgh and the surrounding region to make a positive impact when thousands of visitors come in for draft April 23rd through 25th.  In addition to individual volunteer efforts, groups and corporations can adopt sections of roadside to clean up, according to PennDOT.
