A Port Matilda man is behind bars in Bedford County following allegations he repeatedly choked a woman, and forced her to perform sexual acts on him. Arrested by Everett Borough Police was 37-year-old Timothy Shilling. Authorities report the victim accused Shilling of repeatedly abusing her, both mentally and physically while the two were in a relationship. Shilling is facing felony charges that include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, strangulation, and other related counts. Bail has been set at $100,000.
