A Norfolk Southern train derailed early Saturday, near the historic Horsehoe Curve, in Logan Township, Blair County. The incident, which occurred around 12:03 a.m., involved 17 empty railcars, and two locomotives leaving the tracks. No injuries were reported, and the Federal Railroad Administration is investigating the cause. This was the second Norfolk Southern derailment in the same area within the past month, following a 65-car incident on February 6th. Cleanup efforts are underway.
