A 21-year-old DuBois man, identified as Tanner Quackenbush, faces more than 100 charges following two separate investigations into allegations of sexual assault in Clearfield County. According to DuBois City Police, Quackenbush is accused of repeatedly raping a woman he was dating, and engaging in a sexual relationship with a girl who was 14 at the time. While the alleged abuse occurred over a similar two-year span, authorities were not notified until late December. Investigators state the teenage victim met Quackenbush on Snapchat, and their communication led to sexual encounters. Quackenbush is facing felony charges that include statutory sexual assault, rape by forcilble compulsion and other related counts. He is being held in the Clearfield County Prison with bail set at $150,000 in both cases.
