Flags are flying at half-staff to honor a fallen Pennsylvania State Police Trooper. According to Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Corporal Timothy O’Connor was gunned down at a traffic stop last night in Chester County. O’Connor’s survivors include his wife, daughter and parents. The 32-year-old suspect who shot and killed O’Connor then walked a short distance from his car and killed himself. Flags have been orderd to to fly at half-staff in O’Connor’s honor.
