PA Bill Would Ban Digital Only Supermarket Coupons

Proposed Pennsylvania legislation aims to ensure coupon accessibility by requiring supermarkets that offer digital-only deals to provide in-store paper coupons, protecting customers without smartphones. The bill, introduced by Rep. Jessica Benham of Pittsburgh, follows similar initiatives in other states, and San Diego, aiming to address equity for seniors and low-income residents.  Benham said the problem with digital-only deals is you are saying that people who cant afford smartphones don’t deserve those discounts.
