A U.S. Secret Service officer is charged with child sex crimes in Lancaster County. State Police say 28-year-old Tristan Hale is accused of sexually assaulting a minor, with investigators finding explicit pictures of her on his phone. Secret Service Deputy Director Matthew Quinn said Hale was immediately removed from duty “with all access and clearances indefinitely suspended.” He said the agency is supporting the investigation.
