The two Bucks County, Pennsylvania men accused of carrying out an ISIS-inspired attack in New York City apparently considered other targets. Sources tell ABC News, authorities found a notebook where they say 18-year-old Emir Balat and 19-year-old Ibrahim Kayumi wrote about soft targets, like shopping centers. However, there were no details about specific locations. Reports indicate the pair had been planning an attack for at least a week before driving into Manhattan Saturday and throwing two IEDs into a crowd of protesters outside Gracie Mansion.
