An 18-year-old Indiana County man was arrested Saturday after allegedly threatening to “shoot up” a St. Patrick’s Day parade. Indiana Borough Police took Chase Mansfield into custody during the event after two separate witnesses reported hearing him make the threat as he walked past. According to authorities, Mansfield was detained immediately and did not have a weapon on him at the time of the arrest. Mansfield has been charged with first-degree misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats and other related charges. He has been placed in the Indiana County Prison in lieu of bail.
