Logan Township Police are reporting that 34-year-old Kassandra Perry of Cresson was arrested following an incident at the Horseshoe Curve Lodge in Altoona on Wednesday. Police allege that following an argument with her boyfriend, Perry removed their 1-year-old child from the vehicle, placed the child on the ground in the parking lot while still in a car seat, and then struck the car seat with her vehicle while backing up. She then reportedly fled the scene, leaving the child alone in the lot. She was later found at Sam’s Club, and allegedly appeared to be under the influence. She was charged with child endangerment, DUI, and other related counts. She has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail. (Above photo provided by Logan Township Police)
