A Johnstown man is behind bars after allegedly calling in a series of bomb threats to the Cambria County Prison. Local authorities arrested 63-year-old David Oldham. He reportedly made a week’s worth of daily harassing calls to the facility, and on March 8th told a corrections officer that there was a bomb in the facility. The prison was placed under a “multi-hour” lockdown as a safety precaution. Authorities eventually deemed the threat unfounded after a thorough investigation. Oldham, who reportedly has a history of making terroristic threats, has been charged with several felony counts, and has been placed in the Cambria County Prison on $150,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for April 7th.
