Standoff In Roaring Spring Results In Arrest

Thirty-five-year-old Coty Allen Hale of Hopewell was taken into custody without injury following a police standoff in Roaring Spring yesterday afternoon.  The incident stemmed from an arrest warrant issued after Pennsylvania State Police charged Hale on Sunday with felony terroristic threats and risking catastrophe.  Following his surrender in the Poplar Street area, Hale was denied bail and  is being held at the Bedford County Correctional Facility.  Hale is to face a preliminary hearing on April 1^st.
